Excellent and professional service. Everything I asked was answered off the top of their heads and got back to me in good time. When the property had an issue they took ownership and saw through to resolution, keeping both tenants and landlord happy.
Have been looking to invest in properties and made contact with Lomond Letting. Although Im not one of their clients they have been very helpful and speedy with guides on rental prices, approximate time it would take potential properties to rent out, along with rental yields. When I find the right property I will be using them as agents.
Disgusting service - money grabbers trying to con you - they go as low as to tell bare face lies - please be warned and always be a step ahead if your with or dealing with this so called little company - disgusted to the core is not the word. They listed a property and photoshopped the listing then broke consumers act - hope they get what they deserve. They tricked me into thinking I was getting a good home. They told bare face lies then denied them - they then lied again trying to keep my deposit and I have the proof in emails - I mean how stupid could one little nonsense company go - i mean the lady with the hnd should either learn to balance her social skills and qualification or clearly better educate herself - so much more happened but this is honestly the type of vile behaviour I dealt with - they tried shouting and bully tactics too - I did not go there and chose not to respond to such pathetic behaviour !!!!!!!!! They never paid my deposit into safe Scotland as stated on the lease - safe deposit Scotland could not understand why they didn't just give me it back after I told them about the story - I know have a legal representative taking care of this matter - honestly they are so much more hassle than they are worth I have photos to prove - they don't care about who they upset as all they want is money - they are not interested in good customer skills once you sign that's it and they play extremely dirty -
I have been a tenant with Lomond Letting for nearly eight years now. I can only say what a superb Estate agents. I cant fault them I would recommend them to anyone. They are now helping my sister to find a flat. Amazing people very helpful . I am so happy I found them . You will be treated with the highest respect . If I could give 10 stars I would they deserve them . Well done Lomond Letting for finding me the house of my dreams.
Recently rented flat from Lomond, Very happy with the service, they're clear about everything up front and know the area well. Had a few issues with the flat and so far they've been helpful at getting things sorted out as quickly as possible. Not the kind of folks that'll leave you out on a limb. Would choose them again in the future.
